These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Wesub mobile applications operated by Wesub Inc. ("us", "we", or "our").
By accessing or using our apps, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, then you may not access the apps.
The apps allow you to access certain features and functionalities. You understand and agree that the content available through the apps may be subject to intellectual property rights, and you agree not to use such content in any way that violates these rights.
In order to access certain features of the apps, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and to keep your login credentials secure. You are solely responsible for any activity that occurs under your account.
The apps may display advertisements served by Google's AdMob platform. By using the app, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by Google's Advertising Policies, which can be found at https://support.google.com/admob/answer/48182?hl=en. We are not responsible for the content of these advertisements or any actions taken as a result of clicking on them.
The apps may offer in-app purchases for additional features or content. Any purchases are subject to our refund policy and terms of sale, which are incorporated by reference into these Terms.
Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and disclose your personal information.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the apps or any part of it with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the apps.
We may terminate or suspend access to the apps immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
The apps are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the apps will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that any defects will be corrected.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
